Space Designation

The tentative plan is to have a Steering Group - made up of Roland, Sundar and Steve, at least to start - that reviews requests for space usage/designation.

In general, we suggest that a request include the following:

• Proposed use, purpose, protocol, desired outcomes
• Space desired (amount or location)
• How the community will benefit, e.g., how it supports our mission/vision, enhances building activity or the experience of users of the space, etc.

And for projects looking for dedicated space:

• Project description
• Project team members
• Mini-business plan (if one is not presented, we may require that one get created)
• How the community will benefit, e.g., how it supports our mission/vision, provides mentorship/internship opportunities, etc.
